Fab walk, wind has gotten up, though, so heading back down now for a nice hot brew (or maybe a cold pint!).

Great - it's stopped raining for a while. Ulverston Beer Festival last nite woz great.

According to my guidebook, I was last up here 23/9/83 with baby Joe strapped to my back and I thought the views were stunning. - Why has it taken so long to return? - Such is life!

Our second visit to this spot, and as before a definite highlight of the holiday.
