I went up Beacon Fell today and the blue tin or treasure box has disappeared again. This is the third time this year already. Someone must feel so strongly about its presence that they actively seek it out and remove it. This time it was even locked to a rock in the cairn.
If I replace the tin again, I will put it away from the summit, so there would be a better chance of it staying there. Watch this space. I will give you its approximate whereabouts here.

Blue tin
I went up Beacon Fell today and the blue tin or treasure box has disappeared again. This is the third time this year already. Someone must feel so strongly about its presence that they actively seek it out and remove it. This time it was even locked to a rock in the cairn.

No tin yesterday either (not sure whether or not it got replaced again?). We even came prepared with Chocolate biscuits after our pleasant find a few years ago.
I'll see if I can replace it next time I'm up (probably end of August). Hopefully the culprits will have lost interest by now.
